Recordings, Updates, and Helping @-@

So, firstly, nothing I really planned to record happened…but I did get further with Cellina and recorded most of that. Also helped out a friend with the last 3 quests for the event :3

Besides that, there was recently an interview that is stressing me out. Besides needing to hurry and gear up in general, I may need ot hurry up with PVP as well. Ignoring mods and stuff, I still need the Consular’s Exalted Gloves and Boots.

So, tidbits that caught my eyes:
-The new warzone is crazy. And involves both lots of killing (T___T) and objectives.
-New content won’t be available immediately for Free-to-Play users.
-No pay-to-win stuff.
-Nightmare Denova won’t be out until sometime after the new operation. The latter will be the next update.
-January is where they are aiming to have the next World Event. What they are hoping to do is a “anniversary” to Ilum’s open-world PVP. Apparently aliens may crash in and stuff may happen and it’ll give you a reason to go to Ilum besides dailies…if you do dailies (unlike me).
-New content every 6 weeks.
-New flashpoint in the works.
-Makeb is still bringing level increases.

So, it seems it’ll be the new operation… then HK-51/Belsavis-related then the new warzone and then probably the new space combat. I kind of expect Cathar not to come out until Free to Play–same with Makeb. And of course Nightmare Denova will be somewhere…

The final Quest

First of all, SO MUCH AWESOME. The leap of faith and omg T~T so cool. I went ahead and recorded the Imperial version. I think the Republic one was a little better due to not having the obvious ramp. The lack of a barrier has been in a few places (even with nothing to do) so it seemed more surprising there over the ramp off on the Imperial side.

We may try and do it on some of our other characters (as much as it will suck to get through some areas) and if we do get Miisha up there, I’ll probably record her going through it. And maybe Cellina too. You can see just how much I suck at their classes 😛

Regardless, I had lots of fun. I kind of wonder if anything else will happen considering this was supposed to be to win favor with the Gree. Makes me wonder if something may happen this weekend that wasn’t elaborated on, but who knows. We ended up giving to SIS/Imperials for each our characters–both with the reason of hoping to get some of the Gree technology for their side (or in Amidaia’s case, herself) over letting the Chevin’s do who knows what being a Crime Syndicate and all. Regardless, SO HAPPY FOR THE HAGNOFFARL! so cute.

Been debating on getting Cellina a bow-sniper thingy as she uses a Blaster Rifle….but they’re so ugly in comparison to the Sniper Rifles 🙁 If I got her one, maybe the Light Bowcaster or Kashyyk’s Legacy? Regardless, I already gave my boyfriend all my tokens so.

Besides that, there is another trailer up for upcoming stuff. Very excited~ Still debating on what I could have as a Cathar though… I honestly don’t have a clue. Maybe I’ll just hope I dislike the options.

Anyway, going back to event talk…my boyfriend wants close to 1,000 of them for everything he wants >_> So we’re probably going to try and get Miisha and his trooper up and also go box hunting later…may record the leveling (and my sucky playing of her) and box hunting later.

Event ends next week, Rifle-bow Craziness, + Gearing

So, the event ends next Tuesday. This doesn’t surprise me as it is a relatively short event with no repeating. However, some people are kind of annoyed and I sort of get that? I mean, in total, it would cost 811 Tokens of Enrichment to get EVERYTHING. Sure, I doubt someone would want everything (and you can take off 250 if you get lucky and get a Lobelot in a crate), but that’s still a lot…especially when you only get like 10% of that. Maybe more when the event finishes but still, that is a lot of crate hunting. While the vendor will be here a week after the event ends, I’m not sure if the crates will still linger around…

Anyway, a lot of people are pissed off about the Rifle-Bow as it only benefits a select few classes and companions. I…don’t really see the big deal? I mean, it makes sense a Shady Dealer on Nar Shaddaa would have stuff like that, in my opinion. Regardless, I decided to buy a Precision Bowcaster for Risha. I think it’d fit her.

In the meantime, with 1.4 so close, I’m panicking even more about gear 🙁 I wish I just had 3 million-5 million credits so I could get this over it.

Quick Opinions on Agent Storyline thus far

So, I’ve gotten Cellina to level 12 now and I’ve enjoyed it thus far. I really liked getting the [single] disguise on Hutta and in Kaas City, things are already quite interesting. I liked getting to talk to a bunch of people as a bonus and the fact that one person you talk to even name drops you is really awesome.

However, what really got me (besides the name-dropping) is the fact that it seems to be really attentive to what you do. I had gotten a mail about how they think I may have not necessarily killed Karrels to begin with, but when I got to Kaas City, it was mentioned how I had done quite a bit on Hutta (I did all the side quests) along with the fact that I took “unnecessary methods” to keep things passive and that I was soft. The fact that it seems so costumed to what you do already (There are parts in other class stories that do like if you save or kill Vivicar in the Consular storyline or at the end of the Jedi Knight storyline depending on who you don’t kill) makes me really excited to see the continued options later down the road.
