we are apparently merging. I’m pretty upset. I don’t like the server name “The Shadowlands”. No offense to people on it. I’m just picky and really liked Corellian Run.

I really hope I don’t have to change any names. I feel…more than a little hurt. Broken. Disappointed. Similar words of similarness.

This just…sucks. And it makes no sense either as Corellian Run was the top PVE East Coast server too :/

Gonna go through and see what names I will have to change, if any. I already know Cellina and Aurorra will be taken though. Should I just spell the names correctly (Celina and Aurora) with an accent on a letter or use the odd spellings with an accent or play around with the spellings more or what? I may try spelling Celina with an S or something… I rather not think about it right now though.

may just cry first though.

Even if I may have improved from those stupid nerfs for sages/sorcerers during 1.2 and even if one is kind of less horrible with the upcoming new heal for sages (sadly, the nerf to Deliverance still exists giving the “main” healing class the slowest big heal), everytime I hear how much sages suck compared to another healing class and/or how much better healing scoundrels/commandos are, a little bit of my heart breaks.

It just kind of sucks. I feel really bad for anyone who can’t play how they like. My thirst for discovery continues, but I can’t help and feel a little demotivated every time I hear things like that.

So, I sent in a ticket asking if 16-man HM was the only one that should have the text and it was forwarded to bug report. Not sure if it really is a bug though. I guess we’ll see if they really do add it tomorrow? But yeah, my tickets have been a bit confused about before @-@

Though, I have to wonder, if the patch isn’t 1.4 (which is still definitely possible), I wonder what would take 8 hours? The transfers are an option, of course, but did they have such a long downtime anytime they’ve done transfers? And it seems they didn’t do full testing with the High Population test server yet either…

I can confirm that Game Update 1.4 will not be deployed during maintenance tonight; we are continuing testing on the PTS right now.

So, the raid happened last night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have 2 of our DPS regulars (one of them being our highest DPSer, the other being the one who has missed each one) and that kind of pulled us down a bit for a bit. When things did finally get together…DPS was just too short. We got Toth down though so improvement! …but yeah. It also didn’t help that I was exhausted from Apple Picking and the Renaissance Fair. I felt like a huge failure 🙁 (and certain things happening in guild chat didn’t make me feel better) Of course, this is also why I didn’t post this last night–was exhausted and still had to take a bath so I did that and then passed out in bed.

My boyfriend hit the minimum this time too which was nice–he’s been getting better…but still low for a Sentinel which we both know. We just really need to get his gear in order. Even if the mods aren’t 26’s, we need to at least get the right ones fixed. Unfortunately, that power crystal is going to suck to get. I may try seeing if I can just switch a mod around to make up for it as that is much more manageable.

Speaking of mods, the Black Hole offhand is not going to be moddable which means I need to find another Advanced Resolve Armoring 26 and Advanced Adept Enhancement 26. I, thankfully, ended up already having an extra Advanced Aptitude Mod 26. I believe this will give me the same stats (or better) than the Black Hole which is Power + Surge related. I can hope anyway. Regardless, that has put me in quite a bind as, unsurprisingly, I can’t afford it. I could technically get an Adept from Black Hole stuff for 50 Black Hole Commendations, but I really want to save those for those overpriced new implants coming out in 1.4. Still hoping that price is a typo or something :/ otherwise if a nice Biochem may want to make me one >> 😛

And I was sucessfully able to just change one of my boyfriend’s mods so now he can keep his crit cyan. That makes things a bit easier 😛

Anyway, right now, I’ve just been debating on what to do. I really should work on getting more BH Commendations…too bad I hate every single way you can get them. I also just really want to look more into the Cave and Wonderous Egg. While the Cave is still a big mystery in itself (MYSTERY TWINS AWAY! …please ignore that I don’t have a twin), the Wonderous Egg may FINALLY be close to being solved and I am more than a bit antsy waiting for a response back.

Speaking of mysteries, however, I’m still not sure how people are finding this site in the first place~ Unless they know me ingame and cheat. *LOOKS AT PEOPLE IN STOIC AND ARJAC* XP But umm…thank you for putting up with my rambling? XD

I do wish I was better prepared for 1.4 though 🙁 the constant failureness of preparing is really getting me down and I don’t think people realize just how much. I’ll just queue for everything for now and hope it doesn’t go horribly wrong as I really can’t afford repairs :/

So, some of the discussion from the High Population Server test seems to have come back to light.

It seems there are more rumors that servers may get further merged into the following:
PvE East
PvE West
PvP East
PvP West
RPVP East
RPVP West

I have…mixed feelings honestly. I really like Corellian Run, obviously, so I wouldn’t want that stressness again >_> Corellian Run is the top PVE East Server according to TOR Status, but I don’t know if that actually means anything.

Anyway, I shall try and just go back to cave and Wonderous Egg research before I stress myself out. 😛

I went to bed a little bit earlier than usual due to reasons, but ended up waking up for a bit anyway (thirsty). Regardless, the craziness of my head did make me think a lot about it and part of me wondered if there was more to it.

I mean, what if there’s a buff when you finish HM 16-man or something that if you go back to the cave with it, something happens?

Just makes me think there may be more to the instance itself. Hopefully when it does come over though (and thus, people have all their gear), we can try and explore the instance some more itself for anything.

A Lead on the Wonderous/Wondrous Egg

So, if the person who let me use their story mode wasn’t awesome enough, they gave me a lead on the Wonderous/Wondrous egg. They told me where to ask some people and that they saw it drop about 3 months ago from Kephess on 16-man HM.

It seems most of our leads are pretty dated as to when it was seen, but if I can find someone with it…that will be a miracle in itself. And if the egg has not been seen since that many months ago, maybe that is a bug issue in itself.

Regardless, I will be making a character on their server and asking around. Wish me luck!

Edit: Unfortunately, the people they told me to ask weren’t as helpful :/ Only one person responded to me (who had only joined the previous day) and the only thing they told that person to tell me is “Go to Hoth and talk to Chief Johnson at the second base.” …I feel like I shouldn’t believe that. Regardless, I’ll probably try it even if it is a load of crud.

I will say though this is probably the biggest soul kicker though. I think I got my hopes up a bit too much.

Edit 2: unsurprisingly, there is nobody with that name on any of the bases on Hoth. Also checked Ilum–same results.

Continuing testing

So, continuing with the cave theories, I found a nice person (Xivioke) to let me check out their story mode instance! 8-man story mode yields nothing, but going to explore a bit before checking out 16-man story mode.

Will also stream for a bit :3 Stream closed now :3 But recording up as per usual~

Edit: 16-man Story mode also has no message. It looks to be 16-man HM only. Very interesting.

PVP Update

So, my expertise with my PVP gear is now 1,006. Yay I guess.

It seemed a lot of people were happy with my healing at least so that was nice. As usual, I got dragged along by friends 😛

My Valor Rank is also 77 now.

Anyway, I’m mostly just helping someone out and then I shall probably head on the test server and see if I can poke around and do some more exploration and discovery :3 RESEARCH AWAY~
