In which Mari talks too much on her phone

If there is one thing that comes up when raiding as an alternate, there’s always the question of the person minds in the first place.

98.9% of the time I do not mind being an alternate. I hate repeating things so being an alternate lessens the chance of me wanting to scream every coming Tuesday and not having to help farm an instance means I won’t be gone anytime soon.

However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t times I get a bit frustrated/disappointed. Some examples:
Vanity chance – In general, I am very competitive. I also am a completionist and perfectionist so I hate losing rolls. But I hate so even more when:
—-It is something I hate doing to begin with (Lost Island)
—-It is very hard to get a group for (Gargath; KP, “old content”)
—-I won’t get many chances in the first place (progression)

Preferring things like pets and speeders over gear, it is just a sucky situation to be in sometimes. Out of everything, this is the one that tends to get to me the most.

The Road Paver – Nothing is more disheartening then helping with content and then seeing it get finished by someone else. Just makes you feel used.

The Alternate Main – In order for you to still raid, you will usually be used in the alt run which would be great if you just ignore the fact that you are rolling for your main character with everyone’s alts 🙁

In general though, I usually don’t mind, just tend to get disappointed with vanity stuff especially with how bad my luck tends to be in the first place. If only I had better rolls 🙁

But yes, for me, I just really hate repeating things so I do think I would probably be more frustrated being a full raider (especially without Mar-gon 🙁 ) . I really am not too fond of repeating things in general (and of course people ask and I hate saying no even if I do something)

…but I wish people would stop asking about EV anything. Soa can take his pylons and shove them somewhere 🙁

Korrealis Prince – From Imperial PVP Vendor on Fleet. Technically, a friend got me one stupid bound-ness. *hopes for a bound remover in the Cartel Shop*

Nice to see the list so much smaller… but the Ubrikkian War-rider still makes me angry 🙁 I don’t know how I will ever get that ranking and even though supposedly you will be able to get a rank solo come Season 1, I worry it may not be there anymore… .__.

Evil Heroics

So, while helping out a friend with some heroics on Belsavis, it reminded me just how evil some of them are. I mean, Belsavis is even where we first started getting frustrated with bonuses….

The Tyrant is a lovely example of a way overpowered “boss”. He is ridiculous and even at level 50 with 61’s and 63’s, I was easily being taken down to 30%-50%. THAT ISN’T OKAY. HE’S LEVEL 43 FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Even the mobs in there are ridiculous when you even go in with just 2 people.

Speaking of 2 people, Jungle Fight is another particularly cruel one with mobs that should be heroic 4 level despite it being called a heroic 2…and honestly, they respawn very quickly if you are not completely owning them.

Standing Tall was also incredibly evil (from the Belsavis bonus series) until he got nerfed quite a bit.

Voss has 2 pretty cruel heroics for similar reasons as well that I won’t be looking forward to if asked to help…

but why must they be so evil. Seriously. T__T

An Early Gift <3

So today, Prongs surprised me with some awesome gifts 😀 Some cargo space, a new pet (the Speckled Blurrg), and the Blockade Runner title! <3 I organized my inventory and took a nice picture of my new Blurrg :3 So happy T~T And just a few things left to go now! Pets and Surviving

So, I logged on to discover… MAILS FILLED WITH PETS 😀 THANK YOOOOU T~T <3 Now, I just have the Speckled Blurrg and Tundra Nekarr Cat to go for pets 😀 Yay! Also got a Remote Control Spaceship <3 And the Mounts are down a bit more... to like 3 million. Title is like 200K. It's nice to feel progress <3 Besides that, due to some discussion on certain codexes... why are the "Survived" codexes so buggy? Some I obviously won't have yet, but others... not so much. Ones I am missing ( Bolded with a * means I should have it -_-): Survived: Warlord Kephess (Nightmare Mode) Survived: Terror from Beyond (Story) *

In a different note, I wish there was a good way people in the pet channel could post what pets and stuff they still need 🙁

Masks and Pets

Having finished my work over an hour ago and sitting in an office doing nothing, I figured I would take this time to write something I wanted to this morning. Since I am on a phone, I apologize in advance for typos.

Revan’s Mask seems to be the most-wanted thing from the Revan set. I, personally, do not care for it (although, I think the sash on the chestplate is nice. Regardless, I know several people who really wanted one 🙁 and I just wish I had one for each of them. I already planned to give them out in the order I was asked…just still feel bad.

In the pet sense, prices are all over the place. When I checked this morning, prices for those I still need:
Aggressor – 100k-500k
Lurker Blurrg – 100k-200k
Speckled Blurrg – About 1 million
Green Gizka – 500k-1 million
Nekarr – 2-3 million

🙁

Both mounts are about 5 million… Remote Control Spaceship is like 100k. Why must things be so pricey? T___T

Mari does NM EC – Take 2!

So, I am doing NM EC tonight @-@ and am super scared. We got Zorn and Toth down but it was super scary and there were only 4 of us near the end and I was healing by myself and omgsoscary 🙁 BUT WE DID IT! So one new codex! Yay!

Now we’re going to do Nightmare Pilgrim <3 Edit: OMG T~T So, a nice person on the fleet gave me 3 pets! SO AWESOME. So now I have a Micro-Patroller Droid, a Micro-Defender Droid, and a Mottled Blurrg 😀 Shall upload with their pictures later tonight <3 So, pets still needed: -Tundra Nekarr Cat -Speckled Blurrg -Lurked Blurrg -Micro-Aggressor Droid -Green-Spotted Gizka But yay for progress T~T Edit 2: NM EC is evil and I hate it ._.
