So, to my surprise, I got dragged into a Ranked PVP group! One of the top PVP groups on our server no less. They were…versing another group in their guild so that was interesting. Of course, then certain friends of mine also queued and just fsa’fa’;lsfal’as so much craziness. Got to do 2 matches though. Just…2 more to go and I can see my rating!

But yes, I appreciate them bringing me :3 Makes me feel like less of a loser~ I just wish I was better 🙁

Edit: So, we were going to do 2 more… but then my laptop decided for the game to completely lag out after I accepted so I had a giant loading screen at the top of Civil War and it kicked me due to it lagging out and there are no words for how depressed I am 🙁 this was the last they were going to do tonight too.

I’m…really sick of the guild drama. I am not an idiot for feeling different ways about progress. Nor am I an idiot for focusing on the only point you brought up in return. You can add in other elements all you want, but based off the only thing you said at that time, my scenario is also perfectly in line.

Just…stop being such a jerk.

Belsavis done + Esseles

Finally finished Belsavis on Amidaia.

I have to wonder though–why was freeing the Mother a dark side in the first place?

And now that we are in Esseles… and this glowy Sabacc Table is evil. Can I kick one of the players away? XP And so not fair that when nobody is on it, now you can’t play it~

Also, the one guy in the elevator during the talking to maintenance guys (and whether going to try the override or kill them) is super creepy.

Set Bonus Work-around

So, while I did like my circlet thing I decided (if only to get people off my back already) since I don’t actually show it anyway*, I’ll just go ahead and do this for when I should have the full set bonus and this when I could care less. The set bonus is done through a piece of Columi so I still have the extra Willpower.

Essentially, this does give me my 2-set piece bonus back which I did miss again as who knows what will happen with EC HM (though, I should be trying it out with some friends in the guild on Sunday :3). I love you 2-set piece bonus. You actually help.

Moving on, if they do make a circlet that actually looks like a circlet and not some low headband thing or a tiara, then I’ll probably actually show it.

So, saw another little thingy going around–Create yourself in Character Creator. Thus, here is “myself” as a Jedi Sage–closest I could get anyway. Complexion was the hardest. I wish Eyebrows and Complexion were separate, honestly.

So, I received answers to my full codex ticket today 🙂 And now pretty much all my glitched codexes have been fixed. They only ones that could not be fixed are the PVP ones as apparently they just can’t fix achievement-based ones but they’d look into the issue and The History of Tatooine which due to how it’s gotten apparently couldn’t be confirmed if I did it or not. It’s understandable though.

But yeah, he let me know if it was Imperial only or a different class only and everything got worked out.

Waiting to hear back on the Zabrak issue and staying hopeful as despite no downtime tonight, the vendor will still be leaving at 3AM EST. Shall edit this if I have any updates.

Edit: So, this has turned out to be quite a more serious predicament than expected! Right now, I have to stay logged out for 10 minutes while they do some serious testing.

I explain the issue to them and they tell me it is working as it is supposed to. I’m confused as I swear I’ve seen Imperial colored Jedi. I wonder if maybe I’m just crazy, but I’m just pretty sure. So, we continue talking and they tested it twice buying the perk and didn’t get the option so they believe this is just how it is and they said they can give me the 1.5 million back.

So, I ask in General Chat if anyone has unlocked the Zabrak race and made an Imperial colored Republic character. A nice person named Rishy tells me they have and I excitedly confirm with them and they tell me where to meet them so they can switch. So, they log into Derpina who is a red Zabrak Jedi Sage. I show Customer Support and now they are trying to figure this out. It seems, for whatever reason, you only get all the options if you unlock it through a level 50 character over buying it which isn’t how it is supposed to work. They leveled a Sentinel so as expected, it doesn’t have to be a specific faction to unlock. It’s just supposed to unlock both sides regardless.

Hopefully they can just flip some kind of switch in my account for me and then just work on the bug as I’d really love to make my Trooper tonight. Anyway, just 2 minutes to go until I can log back in! Going to try and stay hopeful 🙂 At the very least, this proves I’m not crazy!

PVP Discussion

Due to a…depressing conversation, it came to the conclusion that you can get about 1K Ranked Commendations if you do all your dailies and your weekly each week. Technically a bit more as you’d also get 1K normal commendations (+50 on average per Warzone) and you can trade them in for Ranked…but if you do not do that, it would be about 1-3 weeks to get things.

And…one match of PVP practically breaks me. That much PVP? I think I’d go insane. I can barely do normal dailies.

So, in the meantime, I decided to make a detailed PVP list for whatever I would need:

Not to mention the fact that I still need the Consular’s Exalted Boots and Gloves…. v-v Which is 300K. Then, switching War Hero stuff into my Hat, Boots, Gloves, Top, and Bottom… Which is 90K per item x5 which is 450K. Then, adding augments to 12 items (already have in my top and bottom)… 30K x12 = 360K. Not to mention getting those 12 augments. I mean, yes, I can make them, but I need more of those slicing things first :/ Which are super expensive. Regardless, we are already up to 1,110,000 credits.

Lightsaber will be last (if I do so at all) until they add a Magenta Expertise crystal :/ (For the record though, it costs 3,475 RC + Battle Master Lightsaber (1,550 WC) so that’s 24,225 RC + 4,675 WC)

Edit: And considering how much it bothers me when I get killed in PVP (especially by someone I know), it makes it that much harder to want to bother. ._.

A Treasure Hunt

When the only stuff you need can be gotten from HM EC raids (which you’re not a part of) or Nightmare Pilgrim (who can only be done every 5 days as it is), you get to a point where you become a bit stuck. If only because people keep making rumors from the Wonderous/Wondrous Egg, you can’t level alts until someone is feeling better, and you are waiting for Customer Service to respond back about your Zabrak problem is besides the point.

There may not be a prize (or at least not for you), but sometimes the experience and adventure of something is more than enough–and if there’s one thing I really do enjoy in this game…it’s exploring. So, when I stumbled upon a certain topic by certain people I happen to know and saw a little Treasure Hunt for a prize, I was excited to try as well. It didn’t matter that it was over. It didn’t matter that the prize had been won. Just the little bit of adventure was enough for me.

Datacrons + Disappointment

If you don’t mind not leveling super fast, it doesn’t hurt to go a bit out of your way to get datacrons. The reason I say this is because something I noticed when going back to help people with datacrons…it feels like it takes forever.

If you keep an eye out for where datacrons should be while heading there, it is actually a bit shorter since a turn out of your way and then back to your quests isn’t so crazy as going all over and deeper and then the long ride to a whole other section of a planet (or off it) when you finished it a long time ago.

Regardless, I still like helping, but I’m glad we did it the way we did on our main characters. Going back for some on Amidaia will suck 😛

Now, moving on to the latter part of my subject…I know a lot of people knew I was working very hard to save up for the Zabrak race so I could make Zoara, right?

I hit the 1.5 million so I asked my boyfriend to lend me 150K so I wouldn’t be completely poor. He did as he was excited too. I buy the race, I delete place-holder Zoara, I go to make permanent Zoara and there’s a problem. I noticed that when you had something special unlocked with Twi’lek, there were little yellow lines (along with the text being a glowy yellow with a little shield icon) where the unlocked stuff were–these were not there for Zabrak. I shrugged it off and went through the skins but nothing. No pink skin at all.

So, I hop on the Imperial side and check classes that normally do not have Zabrak as an option (Like Imperial Agent). They have just the Republic options. When I check a class that normally does (for example, Sith Warrior), they just have the Imperial options. It’s…very odd. I had no issues with unlocking Twi’lek, but Zabrak seems to be a mess. I went and sent a bug report in 🙁

I just hope they can fix it ASAP or like activate something in the background for it rather than having to wait for a patch…because next patch, the Vendor is being removed and I’ll feel…really bad. Just need to hope there’s some support around to answer my ticket today 🙁 Shall be online most of the day praying for it, really~
